September is my absolute favourite time of year! Not because its my birthday month because I just adore spring time - Theres something about all the flowers blooming and longer days that just make you feel so good!

I don't have a lot of favourites to share with you this month mainly because I have been using the same things for quite some time now (See July Faves Post) but these are some newer Items that have quickly become staples I just can't go with out!

1. Hourglass Vanish Foundation Stick
I am wearing this in my new cover photo which is at the top of the screen - As you can see it is absolutely flawless, Very full coverage but somehow manages to feel really weightless and skin like, once buffed in to the skin it does have a bit of luminosity to it which I love.
In the past stick foundations have always been very heavy, a little dry and cakey feeling but this one is the opposite! It buffs in seamlessly making for a super quick application, great for those who are time poor in the mornings.
It is pretty long wearing and doesn't crease too much for me in my usual spots (smile lines around mouth and eyes) The range is very impressive with 26 shades!
I use the shade warm ivory which is a perfect match! My only concern with foundation sticks is you seem to go through the tube quite quickly.

2. Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara
I purchased this one from Sephora Melbourne back when I visited in early August - its my new go to and I love everything about it! Its super black, gives amazing length and volume while separating the lashes really well. The formula is amazing for building up layers with out getting clumpy, none of those awful flakes or smudges around my eyes at the end of the day!
Another major plus for me is its not hard to remove! It comes off very easy with my cleanser and a hot cloth.
Marc Jacobs packaging is always very chic and this one is particularly stylish

3. Clinique Pep Start 2 in 1 exfoliating cleanser

You guys know how much I love the clinique take the day off cleansing balm so when I was sent this from PR I had pretty high hopes for it! Ive been using it morning and night, my skin feels super fresh and polished after using it. Its not too drying and I love the fact it isn't scented. The micro beads are  are really fine so I feel like its a good way to get daily exfoliation with out over doing it! If your skin gets quite congested like mine this one is great to really smooth out the skins surface and clear pores.

4. DIORSKIN NUDE AIR LUMINIZER
you might say I had a bit of a #feelingspendy moment when I purchased this highlighter from Dior and nothing sways me more when its limited edition! But I now feel like it is slightly justified because I have fallen in love with it so much I it will be the one I wear on my wedding day! It seriously transforms the skin into looking like you are beaming from within, healthy and radiant....like a glowing goddess!
Its the perfect champagne shade that is neither too cool or too warm.
True to Dior the packaging is nothing short of an art form and the powder itself comes embossed with a beautiful design, the kind that looks so pretty you don't want to use the product and ruin it! I am also wearing this in the picture at the top of the page - it just seriously makes my skin look uber healthy!

5.Benefit Ready Set Brow
I spoke about this brow gel not long after the launch of the new brow range from Benefit but I thought I would mention it again because I just purchased another one! This stuff is so incredible I wear it everyday with out fail whether I am in full makeup or no makeup at all! No joke I feel like its a push up bra for your brows! Ive been obsessed with having a fluffy/brushed up look to my brows and this makes it so achievable and not a single hair moves out of place all day, even when I got to the gym and sweat to the point I am dripping! I am hooked.

6. OUAI Hair Oil
Another Melbourne purchase from the Sephora there! I got pretty excited when I saw the stand in store. Actually everything in that store made me happy...I wish I could just live there. Theres something so much more satisfying about being able to physically pick up, feel, smell and look at products before buying - I had already tried the wave spray prior to my trip but new I wanted to try more from the range so this went into my basket and came home with me.
It smells like heaven to the point where people have asked me what perfume I have on when Im not wearing any! I put one pump throughout my mid lengths and ends when my hair is towel dried and depending on what I am doing I'll leave it to air dry or blow dry it.
It makes my hair noticeably silkier feeling and really amps up the shine which I feel like my hair has really needed these past couple months as I am trying to not colour my hair at all until right before I get married so the colour has been feeling a little dull but this little gem has been a saviour! Highly recommend it
